Account Deletion

Effective date: February 25, 2026

How to Request Deletion

  1. Sign in to the NBR Remit mobile app.
  2. Open Support and request account deletion.
  3. Include your account identifier (such as registered email and phone) for verification.

What Is Deleted

  • Profile information associated with your account.
  • Stored support and app usage data eligible for deletion.
  • Device and notification token associations where applicable.

What May Be Retained

Certain records may be retained for legal, regulatory, fraud prevention, security, audit, and dispute resolution obligations.
